Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ClothingXChange, we want you to love what you find. As we deal in pre-owned and second-hand items, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a flexible exchange and store credit policy.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Returned items must be in the same condition as sold and unworn, with original tags or packaging (if applicable).
• We offer exchanges or store credit only.
No cash or card refunds are given.
• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.

Store Credit

•Store credit is issued in the form of a digital or physical credit note.
• Credit can be used towards any future purchase in-store.
• It is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following:
• Items returned after the 14-day period
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after purchase
• Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

We take care to inspect every item before placing it on the shop floor. However, if an item is found to be faulty or not as described, please return it to us as soon as possible. You may be entitled to a replacement, store credit, or other remedy in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
